Job Title: Dealer Sales & Service Engineer for Liugong Product

Department: Sales & Field Technical Services

Position Summary

The Dealer Sales & Service Engineer bridges technical expertise and commercial growth. You will be responsible for expanding our dealer network, generating sales through dealer channels and direct clients, and ensuring top-tier technical support, installation, and maintenance for our machinery/equipment. You will act as the technical face of the brand to our dealer partners and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and build long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners within the assigned territory.
Sales Targets: Drive sales quotas for equipment, spare parts, and service contracts through the dealer network.
Pre-Sales Support: Conduct product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, present solutions to key clients, and assist dealers in closing complex deals.
Dealer Enablement: Train dealer sales teams on technical specifications, product differentiators, competitive analysis, and sales techniques.




Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, track competitor pricing, and identify growth opportunities across target sectors.
Technical Support & After-Sales Service
Installation & Commissioning: Oversee or assist with in office installation, initial setup, and testing of machinery and equipment.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostic checks, and emergency breakdown repairs both in office and remotely.
Dealer Service Training: Train dealer service technicians on proper maintenance procedures, fault diagnosis, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or ITI.
Experience: 0–5 years of experience in technical sales, or field service engineering (industry-specific experience preferred, e.g., Construction Equipment).

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
