Production Supervisor
Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
Handle manpower allocation, attendance, discipline, and shift-wise work distribution.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, work instructions, and process parameters.
Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
Monitor machine performance, production output, rejection, wastage, and downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams for smooth production.
Prepare daily production reports and support continuous improvement activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
