Handle inbound voice & chat queries (Mortgage Servicing)

Assist customers with payments, escrow & forbearance

Positive in phonetic language for voice process.

Able to manage US customers.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate (Engineering & PG not eligible)

Freshers (01 yr) & Experienced (12 yrs)

35+ WPM typing speed & solid English communication

Night shift mandatory

Advantages: Night allowance, Cab facility,

Location: Bangalore.
