Job Description – Flipkart Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Flipkart Account Manager to manage and grow our Flipkart marketplace business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Flipkart seller account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales through strategic account management and marketplace optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete Flipkart seller account.
Monitor and improve sales performance, visibility, and account health.
Coordinate with Flipkart support teams for issue resolution.
Manage pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and product listings.
Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
Track marketplace KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Handle catalog management, new product launches, and listing optimization.
Ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirement




Minimum 2+ years of experience in Flipkart Account Management or Marketplace Management
Good understanding of Flipkart Seller Hub
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in catalog management and listing optimization
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets

Preferred Skills
Experience handling multiple marketplace accounts.
Understanding of inventory management and order operations.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
