Diagnosing Electrical Issues:Identifying problems within a vehicle's electrical system using diagnostic tools, technical diagrams, and knowledge of vehicle systems.
Repairing and Replacing Components:Fixing or replacing faulty wiring, electronic parts, lighting systems, and other electrical components.
Installing Current Electrical Systems:Installing new wiring, lighting, or other electrical accessories, potentially including retrofitting auxiliary equipment.
Maintaining Electrical Systems:Performing routine maintenance and ensuring all electrical systems are functioning correctly.
Reading and Interpreting Diagrams:Understanding and using electrical schematics and blueprints to diagnose and repair systems.




Using Diagnostic Equipment:Utilizing tools like digital diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues.
Documenting Work:Maintaining records of work performed, including repairs, parts used, and time spent.
Communicating with Customers:Explaining issues and proposed repairs to customers.
