We are seeking a confident and passionate TGT English Teacher with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students to develop solid language and literary skills.
Key Responsibilities
Teach English language and literature as per the prescribed curriculum.
Develop students’ grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Prepare effective lesson plans and teaching materials.
Conduct class tests, assignments, examinations, and remedial sessions.
Encourage students to communicate confidently in English.
Maintain classroom discipline and student records.
Participate in co-curricular activities and school events.
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Relevant graduate/postgraduate degree with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
Clear pronunciation and confident public speaking ability.
Strong classroom management skills.
Creative and interactive teaching approach.
Ability to motivate and engage students.
Good assessment, lesson-planning, and documentation skills.
Basic computer/digital teaching skills.
Qualified, patient, responsible, and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
