Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate workers, and ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
Coordinate and monitor workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure construction work follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor materials, tools, and equipment required at the site.
Check work progress and report updates to the project manager/engineer.
Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage.
Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance,



and work progress records.
Ensure projects are completed within the planned schedule.

Requirements
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
1–3 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
Positive knowledge of construction methods and site activities.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Robust problem-solving and site management skills.
Willingness to work at construction sites.
