Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer / MEP Manager with solid knowledge and practical experience in Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems for residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, inspection and supervision of MEP works at the project site.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and supervise complete MEP works at the project site.
Handle and coordinate Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting installations.
Review MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs and specifications and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, Structural and other project teams for smooth execution.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors and site manpower for MEP works.
Ensure proper installation, testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedule.
Check quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Identify site issues, technical problems and coordination gaps and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors and contractors regarding MEP-related requirements.
Maintain proper records of material, work progress, inspections and testing.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards
