JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to maintain and enhance the visual appearance of our 4-star hotel. The successful candidate will perform interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and maintenance work throughout the property, ensuring all areas meet our high standards of quality and aesthetics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and furniture
Perform touch-up painting in guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and offices
Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, priming, and patching defects
Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades and consistency
Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures from paint damage using drop cloths and masking
Repair minor wall damage, cracks, and holes before painting




Maintain painting equipment and tools in valuable working condition
Stock and organize paint supplies and materials
Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and working at heights
Complete painting projects within specified timelines
Assist with other maintenance tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Essential:
2+ years of experience as a painter, preferably in hospitality industry
Knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and finishes
Ability to read color charts and mix paints accurately
Physical ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 kg
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Preferred:
Experience working in hotels or commercial properties
Knowledge of waterproofing and wall putty application

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
