Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners to secure placement opportunities.
Identify and approach current employers for campus recruitment and hiring partnerships.
Coordinate campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, job fairs, and placement events.
Match student profiles with suitable job prospects based on qualifications, skills, and career aspirations.
Coordinate interview schedules between students and employers.
Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and skilled etiquette.
Maintain a database of employers, job openings, placed candidates, and placement statistics.
Follow up with recruiters regarding interview feedback, selection status,



and joining confirmations.
Collaborate with academic and training teams to improve students' employability.
Organize career guidance sessions, workshops, webinars, and industry interaction programs.
Track placement performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure students complete all placement-related documentation and onboarding requirements.
Achieve placement targets and maintain high employer and student satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
