Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Handle and guide store staff.
Maintain inventory and stock records.
Ensure proper in display
Monitor sales and achieve store targets.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Coordinate with management and other departments.
Maintain store cleanliness and discipline.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and stock reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in store management or a similar profile.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage a team.
Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Responsible and organized approach to work.
