Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, and project documentation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project teams.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper execution of civil works including concrete, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing works.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and resources to achieve project targets and deadlines.
Perform quantity measurements and verify contractor bills, material quantities, and completed work.
Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
Identify site issues and provide effective technical solutions to minimize delays, rework, and material wastage.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, and as-built documentation.

Pay: ₹10,889.38 - ₹45,816.52 per month
