Drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profitability and market share.
Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs, service standards, safety, hygiene and operational processes.
Manage operations, including staffing, rostering, training and team performance.
Monitor F&B; sales, costs, expenses and operational margins to maximise profitability.
Conduct competitor visits to identify improvements and implement best practices.
Analyse performance, revenue and market trends and drive corrective action plans.
Manage relationships with mall developers, service providers and external stakeholders.
Ensure all licenses, audits, compliance and safety requirements are maintained.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, Operations and other teams for smooth and effective operations
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
