Procurement & Sourcing: Find reliable suppliers, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage purchasing.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Logistics & Warehousing: Coordinate shipping, distribution schedules, and storage operations.
Risk Management: Respond to supply chain bottlenecks, fix delays, and build backup plans.
Process Improvement: Use data analytics and enterprise software to cut costs and boost efficiency
