Alpha Zone Gym is looking for passionate, energetic, and professional Personal Trainers to join our fitness team.

If you have strong fitness knowledge, valuable communication skills, and the ability to motivate clients and deliver results, we would love to have you on our team.

Role & Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one Personal Training sessions to gym members.
Understand clients' fitness goals and create suitable workout programs.
Guide clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and training methods.
Help clients achieve goals such as fat loss, muscle building, strength, and overall fitness.
Maintain a qualified and motivating relationship with clients.
Ensure safe and effective training during every PT session.
Build robust client relationships and encourage long-term memberships and PT programs.

Compensation

This is a PT commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary.
Earn through Personal Training sessions.
Attractive earning potential based on the number of PT clients and sessions handled.
The more PT clients you manage, the more you can earn.
Commission structure will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements




Personal Training / Fitness certification preferred.
Previous experience as a Personal Trainer is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of strength training and exercise techniques.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Energetic, professional, punctual, and positive attitude.
Ability to motivate clients and help them achieve measurable results.
Trainers who are confident in client acquisition and PT sales are highly preferred.
