Job Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable candidates for various job requirements.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Contact candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, job portals, and social media.
Explain job roles, salary, perks, and employment conditions to candidates.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and recruitment managers.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with the documentation and operations team for selected candidates.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain accurate records of candidate status and follow-ups.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
