Receive and verify materials against purchase orders and invoices.

Check quantity, quality, batch numbers, expiry dates, and condition of items.

Properly store materials according to hospital and safety standards.

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.

Issue medicines, consumables, and other materials to departments as per approved requisitions.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

Monitor near-expiry, expired, damaged, and slow-moving items.

Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.

Coordinate with Purchase, Pharmacy, Nursing, Accounts, and other departments.

Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials.

Support stock audits and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store.

Follow hospital policies, infection-control practices, and applicable quality standards.
