Follow up on special dates: Wish clients on their birthdays or wedding anniversaries and offer special store discounts.
Promote savings schemes: Educate customers about monthly jewellery purchase plans or loyalty rewards.
Share recent arrivals: Inform buyers when fresh gold, diamond, or silver collections arrive at the showroom.
Lead Management & Data Logging
Update call logs: Maintain transparent and accurate records of client responses in the store system.
Pass on hot leads: Forward interested clients to the showroom sales team for personal appointments.
Clean the database: Verify and correct wrong phone numbers or outdated client information.
