Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The Role:

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated AI Engineer having 10+ years of experience and

who is ready to take ownership of the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions.

You’ll work closely with our advisory and technology teams, turning ideas into intelligent systems that

create real value for our clients in the legal, risk, and compliance sectors. The ideal candidate will bring

innovation, curiosity, and the technical skill set to help reshape how businesses operate using AI.

What You’ll Do:
Research, develop and deploy AI based solutions to automate legal, risk and compliance tasks.
Design, develop and deploy solutions and hands-on software development – work across the

backend and AI stack.
Partner with stakeholders to guide the technical vision while being responsible for delivery.
Build agentic workflows to reduce manual workload for legal specialists includes prompt

engineering, model evaluation, workflow orchestration and iterative improvement.
Ensure solutions are designed with solid data security,



governance and compliance principles,

particularly when handling sensitive legal and client information.

The Ideal Candidate:
You have 7+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, preferably in legal, regulatory, or

compliance domains
Proficiency in Python, with exposure to PHP, Typescript is a plus
Passion for building usable, ethical, and powerful AI products
Experience in building RAG pipelines, NLP and prompt engineering.
Track record of shipping and operating systems at scale with high reliability.
Rigorous testing, code-review and documentation habits that improve team standards
Familiarity with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms)
Able to thrive in a rapid-paced, remote-first and entrepreneurial culture
Be driven by client success and problem solving

Database: MySQL
Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (ECS), Terraform

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹165,000.00 per month
