Design9Space World is looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to lead our furniture manufacturing operations at our factory in Manesar, Gurugram.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee day-to-day factory operations
Manage production, manpower & workflow
Ensure quality, timelines & productivity
Coordinate with design, procurement & project teams
Monitor production planning, inventory & material usage
Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
Lead and motivate the factory team

WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Solid experience in furniture manufacturing / modular furniture / interior fit-outs
Excellent leadership & team management skills
Robust understanding of production processes
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
8+ years of relevant experience preferred

Location: Manesar, Gurugram

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹98,031.22 per month
