Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Transport Executive to manage day-to-day transportation activities, vehicle coordination, driver management, and delivery operations. The candidate should ensure timely and productive movement of materials and goods.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily transportation and vehicle movement.
Plan and schedule vehicles based on delivery requirements.
Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely reporting and dispatch.
Monitor vehicle movement and delivery status.
Maintain daily vehicle and trip records.
Prepare and maintain transport-related documents.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.
Track delivery schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and service schedules.
Handle vehicle breakdowns and other transportation-related issues.
Verify driver documents, vehicle documents, permits, insurance,



and other required records.
Maintain records of trips, kilometers, fuel, expenses, and delivery details.
Support logistics and dispatch teams in day-to-day operations.
Prepare daily/weekly transport reports for management.

Requirements
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
Experience: 2–5 years in Transport / Logistics / Dispatch operations preferred.
Good knowledge of transportation and vehicle operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage drivers and multiple vehicle movements.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
