Job Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other site teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements at the site.
Check measurements and maintain daily site progress reports.
Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other civil works.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and budget.
Maintain site records, checklists, and required documentation.




Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company/site regulations.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and basic construction software.
Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
Robust problem-solving and site-management skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
