Job Title: EPC Head

Department: Projects / Engineering

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 15–20+ Years (Real Estate / Construction)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA/PGDM preferred)

Job Summary: The EPC Head is responsible for leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction activities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end EPC execution across multiple projects.

Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets.

Manage engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and commissioning activities.

Oversee contractor selection, vendor management, and contract negotiations.

Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and timelines.

Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

Ensure compliance with statutory approvals,



safety regulations, and quality standards.

Coordinate with design, finance, legal, sales, and project teams.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Prepare MIS reports and present project updates to senior management.

15–20+ years in EPC/Construction leadership.

Proven experience handling multiple large-scale real estate projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
