About the Role

Ganguly Enterprise is looking for a Business Development Executive to help us expand our Security and Housekeeping services by identifying new clients, generating business leads, and bringing recent sites/contracts for the company.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients for Security Guard and Housekeeping services.
Generate recent business leads through field visits, calls, references, and networking.
Visit companies, offices, hospitals, residential complexes, retail stores, warehouses, factories, and other potential client locations.
Meet with HR, Admin, Facility Managers, Purchase Managers, and other decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the management to prepare quotations/proposals.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into contracts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Regularly report sales activities, leads, meetings, and business progress to management.

Candidate Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development preferred.
Experience in Security Services, Housekeeping, Facility Management, Manpower Supply, or similar industries will be an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to confidently meet and communicate with clients.
Must be comfortable with field work and client visits.
Should have a solid focus on achieving business targets.
Knowledge of the Kolkata market will be an advantage.
