Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee all daily facility activities, ensuring the gym is running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and schedule all gym employees to foster a positive, high-performing team setting.
Hiring & Training: Manage the recruitment process to interview, hire, and train top-tier talent.
Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for member inquiries and feedback to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Client Onboarding: Deliver a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for all recent members joining the gym.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
