Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate architectural designs for UK residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Prepare detailed technical drawings, construction drawings, and architectural documentation.
Work extensively with Revit and AutoCAD to develop accurate architectural models and drawings.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other design disciplines.
Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations, Planning Requirements.
Review drawings and models for accuracy, constructability, and technical compliance.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and technical issues.
Assist in developing design solutions from concept through detailed design and construction stages.
Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders when required.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD.
Valuable knowledge of UK architectural standards and Building Regulations.
Robust understanding of construction detailing and technical design.
Experience working on UK-based projects is preferred.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualification
B.Arch / M.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification.
