We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Housekeeping Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience to supervise housekeeping and cleaning activities across the factory premises. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping standards in production areas, packing sections, warehouses, offices, restrooms, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage housekeeping workers on a daily basis.
Allocate cleaning duties and prepare daily work schedules for housekeeping staff.
Ensure proper cleaning of the packing area, production floor, warehouse, offices, corridors, and common areas.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in toilets, washrooms, canteen areas, and employee facilities.
Regularly inspect the factory premises and ensure cleaning work is completed properly.
Monitor the use and stock of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment.
Ensure waste is collected and disposed of properly according to factory procedures.
Coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, and Security teams regarding housekeeping requirements.
Report any unsafe conditions, spillages, damages, or maintenance issues to the concerned department.
Train housekeeping workers on proper cleaning methods, hygiene,



safety, and use of cleaning chemicals.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance of housekeeping staff.
Ensure housekeeping activities do not disturb production and packing operations.
Maintain daily housekeeping checklists, records, and reports.
Ensure compliance with factory safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
Handle any housekeeping-related complaints and take corrective action promptly.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a factory, warehouse, manufacturing unit, or packaging company.
Minimum 12th pass; relevant experience may be considered.
Ability to supervise and manage a team of housekeeping workers.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Physically fit and comfortable working on the factory floor.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Basic knowledge of maintaining housekeeping records and checklists.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
