Monitor and ensure quality compliance for all civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
Conduct inspections of ongoing construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and quality checklists.
Ensure proper testing of construction materials such as concrete, steel, bricks, blocks, sand, aggregates, waterproofing materials, etc.
Identify quality defects, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and site engineers to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and quality records.




Verify work before billing and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
Conduct regular site audits and quality inspections.
Monitor finishing works including plaster, flooring, painting, waterproofing, tiling, doors, windows, and false ceilings.
Ensure work is executed according to IS Codes, safety standards, and company quality procedures.
Participate in client, consultant, and statutory inspections.
Provide quality awareness and guidance to the site execution team

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
