We are looking for a skilled and hardworking chef/porotta maker to join our kitchen team. We are seeking someone who is experienced in South Indian cuisine and can prepare fresh, crispy, and delicious porottas with consistent quality.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Porotta maker, South Indian chef, or kitchen chef preferred.
Strong knowledge of South Indian cooking.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
