End-to-End Recruitment:  Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.  Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.  Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets. Talent Acquisition  Source candidates through referrals, networking, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and social media.  Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and assess candidates for role and cultural fit.  Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.  Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Offer & Joining Management  Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.  Ensure successful candidate joining and a smooth onboarding experience.  Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until onboarding.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
