Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent table service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests professionally.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly.
Explain menu items and assist with guest requests.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
Maintain cleanliness and proper table presentation.
Handle guest concerns politely and professionally.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards.

Qualifications




Minimum 1 year of restaurant/café/hotel experience preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Customer-friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to work during busy service hours and versatile shifts.
