Solar Welder

Job Responsibilities
Perform welding and fabrication work for solar panel mounting structures.
Fabricate and assemble MS/GI/steel structures as per drawings and site requirements.
Carry out ARC/MIG welding, cutting, grinding, drilling and related fabrication activities.
Install and align solar mounting structures at project sites.
Check dimensions, alignment, level and welding quality.
Follow approved drawings, specifications and safety procedures.
Maintain welding machines, tools and other equipment in good working condition.
Coordinate with supervisors, electricians and installation teams.
Ensure work is completed within the required quality and project schedule.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow site safety standards.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of welding and fabrication.




Ability to read basic fabrication/structural drawings.
Knowledge of welding machines, cutting tools and hand tools.
Ability to work at height and in outdoor/site conditions.
Positive understanding of workplace safety and PPE requirements.
Physical fitness and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualification
ITI Welder / relevant technical qualification preferred.
1–3 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred.
Experience in solar mounting structures or solar EPC projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
