This is a hybrid role involving both field visits and work from home.
Mentors are expected to travel to assigned schools for 2–3 days per week to conduct onsite classroom observations, teacher mentoring, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
On the remaining days, mentors will work from home, focusing on lesson reviews, report preparation, online mentoring sessions, planning, teacher support, and coordination with the MentorBee academic team.
Pay: ₹9,430.95 - ₹20,000.00 per month
