Job Overview:

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the two-wheeler automobile service center, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and to a high standard on the floor. The role includes managing a team of technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality in time, and ensuring the workshop operates profitably and in compliance with industry regulations.
Oversee workshop operations, ensuring timely and effective service, diagnostics, and repairs.
Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, and performance reviews.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing service inquiries, providing updates, and resolving complaints.




Perform quality control checks to ensure all services meet workshop standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Work assigning to technicians and ensuring timely delivery.
Enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and conducting safety audits.
Maintain documentation and reports, tracking service orders, parts usage, and generating performance reports.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
