Job Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, Crypto Twitter (X), Discord, and Telegram
Leverage internal connections and referrals to generate warm leads
Craft personalised outreach messages tailored to each prospect's project and stage
Monitor Web3 project launches, fundraising announcements, and ecosystem news to spot opportunities
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and active clients
Maintain an up-to-date CRM / client database with accurate records of all interactions
Follow up consistently and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Genuinely passionate about Web3,



blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, or crypto ecosystems
Active presence on Crypto Twitter / X and LinkedIn you know the community
Comfortable initiating cold outreach and building rapport from scratch
Organized and detail-oriented you keep your pipeline clean and your follow-ups timely
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
Self-motivated and proactive; you don't wait to be told what to do
