Job Title: Warehouse & Dispatch Executive

Qualification: Graduate
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Off)

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and dispatch operations for solar products.
Maintain accurate records of Solar Panels, PV Modules, Inverters, batteries, and other solar materials.
Handle inward and outward movement of materials and update stock records accordingly.
Ensure proper picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of materials.
Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
Prepare and maintain Delivery Challans, Invoices, E-Way Bills, and dispatch records.
Maintain records of damaged, returned, short, or pending materials.
Track dispatched materials and follow up with transporters regarding delivery status.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse,



Inventory & Dispatch Operations.
Experience in the Solar Industry will be preferred.
Minimum Graduate.
Robust knowledge of Solar Panel Stock, Warehouse Management, Inventory, and Dispatch Operations.
Experience handling Solar Panels, PV Modules, Inverters, Batteries, and related solar products.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/stock records.
Knowledge of Delivery Challan, Invoice, E-Way Bill, and dispatch documentation.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with transporters, sales teams, purchase teams, vendors, and warehouse staff.
