Position Overview

As a Deployment Executive, you will work closely with our robotics team to deploy and operate autonomous robots on active construction sites. You will own the on-site experience end-to-end — from setup and mission planning to live operations, client demos, and basic maintenance — while coordinating daily with both our team and the site point of contact.

What You'll Do
Deploy and operate autonomous robots on live construction sites.
Perform robot setup, calibration, and mission planning before each deployment.
Monitor robot performance during autonomous operations and drive the robot remotely during pilots.
Assist in customer demos, POCs, and in office deployments.
Take ownership of the hardware on-site and perform basic maintenance on robots.
Coordinate pre-deployment logistics, QC checks, and permissions with the client point of contact.
Record deployment metrics such as trip time, load carried, and route details for each mission.
Collaborate with our robotics software and hardware teams to improve system performance.
Communicate daily progress to the team, sales,



and operations partners.

What You'll BringMust-Have
Diploma or engineering degree (any stream — Mechanical, Electrical, Polytechnic, Computer Science, etc.).
Strong proactive communication in Hindi and English.
Genuine ownership mindset and comfort taking initiative without hand-holding.
Willingness to travel and stay in office across India (and internationally when required).
Comfort with tough, outdoor construction-site working conditions.
Basic comfort working with Windows and Ubuntu.

Good-to-Have
Prior robotics project, internship, or consulting exposure.
Genuine enthusiasm for robotics and autonomous systems.
Experience managing your own travel and site logistics.

Logistics
Employment Type: Full-time after internship
Location: Bangalore, India (base)
Work Mode: Field-based, in office at client construction sites
Travel: Pan-India and occasional international travel (fully reimbursed)
Reports To: Robotics Head

Pay: ₹10,024.46 - ₹20,000.00 per month
