Summary

Actively manages all the statutory accounts functions & reporting. Responsible for managing basic accounts function efficiently and effectively and support objectives in all regions. Candidate will actively coordinate feasible sales and marketing plans and supports the implementation of these. Support Finance Manager in delivering the goals and objectives set by Head Office and APAC.

What You'll Do

A. Legal Affairs
 Draft, review, negotiate and finalize customer agreements, vendor and procurement contracts, service agreements, NDAs, master service agreements, lease agreements, employment contracts and consultancy agreements.
 Provide legal guidance to management and business functions on contractual obligations, legal exposure, commercial matters and risk mitigation.
 Support commercial negotiations, strategic transactions and business expansion initiatives.
 Manage legal notices, disputes, litigation, arbitration and mediation matters, including coordination with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.




 Monitor ongoing legal cases and provide timely status and risk reports to management.
 Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, RBI requirements, commercial laws, labour and employment laws, data privacy requirements and other applicable regulations.
 Maintain the contract and legal-document repository, including renewal and obligation tracking.
 Conduct legal risk assessments, recommend mitigation measures, review insurance policies and support claim management.

B. Taxation
Direct Tax
 Ensure compliance with the Income-tax Act and applicable rules.
 Oversee corporate income-tax returns, advance-tax computations and TDS /TCS compliance.
 Manage transfer-pricing documentation, audits and related compliance
 Lead income-tax assessments, audits, notices and appeals in coordination with external advisers and authorities.
 Identify tax-planning opportunities consistent with law and the Company’s risk appetite. Indirect Tax
