Job Description

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telesales and cold calling, with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities.
Explain products/services and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up with prospects and nurture customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.





Requirements
Minimum 1 year of telesales or cold calling experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience is an advantage.
