Job Summary

SLBS Marklance is looking for creative and skilled Video Editors to join our Digital Content Creation Team. The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to create engaging and high-quality videos for social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Edit Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.
Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
Work closely with the content creators, presenters, videographers, and marketing team.
Add transitions, effects, graphics, subtitles, music, and sound effects as required.
Ensure videos are visually appealing and aligned with SLBS branding.
Understand creative briefs and convert concepts/scripts into engaging videos.
Complete assigned projects within deadlines.
Stay updated with current social media video trends and editing styles.
Review and improve videos based on feedback from the creative/marketing team.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience as a Video Editor preferred.
Freshers with strong editing skills and a good portfolio may also apply.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
Good understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, color correction, and audio.
Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media formats.
Robust creative and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
