We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager – EV Charging Stations to join our team and drive business growth in the EV charging sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive end-to-end sales of EV charging solutions within the assigned territory
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key clients including CPOs, real estate developers, fleet operators, government bodies and commercial establishments
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and expansion areas in the EV charging ecosystem
Generate and convert leads through cold calling, networking, site visits and channel partners
Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations to clients
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth installation and commissioning of EV charging stations
Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms with customers
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM systems




Ensure high customer satisfaction through post-sales support and relationship management
Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities, events and campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS
B tech EEE / MBA (preferred) in Business, Marketing or related field
Proven experience in sales (EV/energy/automobile sector preferred)
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Must have a valid 4-wheeler driving license'
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
