XBD Collective is looking for a Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Developer to join our team in Kochi, Kerala.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building things, solving problems, and finding smarter ways to get work done using the Microsoft ecosystem.

You’ll be working closely with different teams across the business to understand their needs and turn them into practical digital solutions.

What you’ll be working on:
Building and maintaining our SharePoint Online intranet
Developing internal applications using Power Apps
Creating automated workflows and approvals with Power Automate
Working with Microsoft Lists & Forms
Building helpful dashboards and reports using Power BI
Integrating solutions across Teams, Outlook and Microsoft 365
Helping us digitise, simplify and automate processes across the business





We’re ideally looking for someone with 3–6 years of relevant experience who can show us some of the solutions they’ve personally built.

This isn’t an IT support or helpdesk role. We’re looking for someone who can understand a business problem, come up with a solution, and actually build it.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
