We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing and maintaining robust relationships with our clients. The candidate will be the main point of contact for clients and ensure their requirements are properly understood and handled.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and provide regular updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of work.
Handle client queries, feedback, revisions, and concerns.
Follow up with teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain solid and professional client relationships.
Manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
Ensure overall client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
Basic understanding of digital marketing/social media is an advantage.
