B2C - Visa Associate
Handle end-to-end visa processing for B2C clients across multiple countries.
Assist customers with visa application forms, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy guidelines.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for submissions and follow-ups.
Track visa applications and provide timely status updates to clients.
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to service standards and timelines.
Address customer queries and deliver excellent customer support throughout the visa process.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in visa processing, travel operations, or a related field.
Positive knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures for various countries.
Solid communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and online application portals.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
