About the Company:

Job Responsibilities:
Generate current leads through calls, emails, social media, references, and other channels.
Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
Approach colleges, and other organizations for training and internship partnerships.
Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, service demonstrations, and promotional activities when required.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business goals.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Business Development, and Training teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential leads into customers.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities.

Required Skills:
Valuable English and Tamil communication skills.




Strong convincing, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, social media, and online communication platforms.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, college visits, and business-related activities.

Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline / MBA.
Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
