Job Description

We are hiring Graduate/Undergraduate Freshers for the position of Customer Support Executive – Voice Process in New Town, Kolkata.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and concerns through inbound/outbound calls.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
Assist customers with their queries, requests, and complaints.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards.
Meet assigned productivity and customer service targets.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility Criteria




Graduate / Undergraduate Freshers can apply.
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Candidates should be willing to work from New Town, Kolkata.
Candidates with an existing PF/UAN record are not eligible for this position.
