Routine Maintenance: Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
Repairs and Replacements: Fix or swap out worn, broken, or defective parts using hand tools and heavy machinery.
Quality Control: Test drive vehicles after repairs to make sure everything works correctly.
Customer Communication: Explain vehicle problems and repair costs clearly to service advisors or customers.
Record Keeping: Document all services, parts used, and labor hours accurately in the system.
Safety: Keep the work area clean, organized, and secure.
