Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production and shop-floor activities.
Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
Monitor workers and ensure process adherence.
Maintain daily production records and reports.
Coordinate with the Factory Manager regarding operational issues.
Ensure discipline, safety, cleanliness, and process compliance.
Experience: 2–5 years, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
