About the Role

Rocket Factory is looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of our Headquarters and support our team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administration.
Coordinate team schedules and routine activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of the Headquarters.
Support launches, workshops and field activities when required.
Handle basic logistics and operational requirements.

Requirements
Positive communication and organisational skills.
Interest in Space Science & Rocketry.
Proactive, responsible and comfortable multitasking.
Quick learner with an adaptable mindset.
Willingness to travel for launches and events.
Prior operations/administration experience preferred, not mandatory.
