About the Role

We are hiring a proactive Follow-up Coordinator to manage inquiries from dentists and patients interested in Ultimate Smile Designing treatments. The role involves lead follow-up, communication, and coordinating consultations.

Responsibilities

Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Explain treatments, timelines, and services.

Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.

Coordinate with sales and clinical teams.

Convert inquiries into confirmed consultations.

Requirements

Positive communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).

Experience in telecalling, customer support, or lead management preferred.

Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge.

Strong organizational and customer service skills.
